Immediately hiring for a Parts Counterperson at Car Quest in Doylestown, PA!
Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Offer our customers the best possible service by providing prompt and friendly service to all customers.
- Maintain an organized work space and counter space for retail customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions made over the phone.
- Monitor special order parts through CarQuest system.
- Utilize all options to locate parts for customers as needed.
- Assist Customers over the phone and in-person
- Pick Product from Warehouse in order to fulfill customer needs

Skills necessary to be successful in this role include the following;
- Valid driver's license
- At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Automotive knowledge will be a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Physical Requirements for Position: Some lifting required
