Technology is a vital part of the classroom. This position helps ensure staff have what they need in order to teach and serve students. This position will support staff at Maize Intermediate School, Hope Learning Center, Transportation and Maintenance.
This position will serve as a first point of contact to assist assigned district staff with questions about any of our supported software and computing platforms (i.e. troubleshooting, set-up, inventory management, placing orders, etc.) Answers phone calls, emails, and ticket requests and processes all Level One and Two tickets to the best of his/her ability, in a professional and courteous manner. Assists district staff with information technology related questions in person, electronically, and by telephone. Diagnoses and resolves computing related issues, while staying current with technological trends related to the district environment. Coordinate the escalation of support ticket requests to the appropriate team.
Candidates with 1 or more years of experience are preferred. This can be a physically demanding job requiring movement throught the school environments and travel between district buildings.
