Qualifications:
- Graduate from a two--year college or technical school with coursework in electronics and Computers and (1--3 years) experience; or high school diploma or equivalency and an equivalent combination of training and experience
- The following certifications are desired but not mandatory: A+, Net+, Security+, ACMT; iOS Certified, CCNA, MCSE
- Applicants will be asked to complete a skills test as part of the interview process. The skills test is used to assess each applicant's proficiency with Hardware / Software.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configures, repairs, maintains and upgrades technology--related equipment, including but not limited to Apple IOS and OSX devices, Windows, imaging and mobile device management software.
- Communicates with employees and management in a timely and professional manner.
- Provides support to users by phone and email using remote support tools.
- Excellent problem solving, multi--tasking, troubleshooting skills and attention to details are required to work within the department and school environment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
- Uses a web--based work--order tracking system for routine repair and maintenance of equipment.
- Assists in researching new technology and provide input on new standards.
- Attends classes and seminars to enhance knowledge of equipment and operating systems.
