2. Provides daily direction and communication to assigned staff to meet customer expectations.
3. Oversees the scheduling, administration, data collection, and score distribution for standardized faculty and outside institution exams.
4. Administers make-up exams as a service to faculty; ensures exams are taken under conditions specified by instructor.
5. Coordinates and oversees testing accommodations for students who are registered with the Office of Student Disability Services.
6. Recommends, maintains, and administers policies and procedures for testing services.
7. Prepares, updates, and ensures accuracy of information provided to students regarding examination application procedures, fees, sample questions, and administration.
8. Assists in arrangements for test proctoring for NSU students at other institutions or other site locations.
9. Oversees use of Banner for obtaining student data and input of test scores.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
