About this position:
The Technology Operations Manager will support the firm’s information, technology, and AI initiatives, supporting alignment with our growth objectives across all departments including marketing, sales, client services, legal/finance, and outside strategic partners.
They will be responsible for overseeing the Salesforce and data teams, outside technology and security vendors, APIs with strategic partners, project development, and facilitating the company’s technology strategy. The Technology Operations Manager will work closely with the CTO and leadership to determine business requirements and present recommendations on new products and enhancements that will aid the firm in achieving its goals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide input and recommendations to the firm’s technology plan and strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Stay on top of the quickly evolving use of AI in the legal, marketing, and sales marketplaces and champion the adoption and integration of AI solutions, driving innovation and efficiency across all departments and among our legal staff.
- In conjunction with the CTO, oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our systems and applications, ensuring they remain at the forefront of professional services technology.
- Monitor and manage the technology budget and identify variances and mitigation strategies as required.
- Work closely with partners, attorneys, and key stakeholders to understand their technological needs and how our solutions enhance client service and operational efficiency.
- Develop implementation plans for new systems, upgrades and integrations.
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT Operations department to ensure the functionality, availability, and security of firm systems and support the technology roadmap.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors and developers, ensuring timely deliverables, adherence to quality standards, and service level agreements.
- Provide recommendations on the procurement, maintenance, and timely upgrading of computer and tech hardware to ensure optimal performance and alignment with the firm's technological advancements and growth objectives.
- Ensure the technology stack, especially Salesforce, is optimized for performance, scalability, integration with vendor platforms and systems, and security.
- Collaborate with the CTO and COO to ensure the firm’s internal policies are up to date for security compliance and enforce the same across the firm and all vendors including for in-house and remote employees.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in marketing, sales, client services, and legal space.
Our requirements are pretty straightforward. To qualify you must:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a track record of success in technology support and implementation.
- Possess a genuine passion for technology, continuously seeking emerging innovations and advocating for the integration of cutting-edge solutions to drive organizational excellence.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, and the ability to apply them to our business.
- Admin and end-user experience with Salesforce is a strong plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
