Momentum Telecom is a leading global provider of managed cloud communications services to medium and large enterprise customers. Our offerings include cloud voice, unified communications, and collaboration, and managed data connectivity including SD- WAN. We are looking to grow our Fulfillment team in Birmingham, AL!

In this position, we are looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to join our team and support our warehouse operations. The Fulfillment Specialist responsibilities include offloading stock deliveries, processing work orders, and packaging orders for distribution. Ultimately, you will work with a small group in the warehouse to ensure items are retrieved, organized, and shipped in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This role is necessary to provide equipment to serve our customers according to service level agreements which directly impact revenue. Regular and predictable job attendance is an essential function of this position.

• Experience transporting materials using manual labor, equipment, or automated methods, typically in a warehouse.
• Assembling, labelling, and packaging orders for shipping
• Stocking inventory
• Inventory Management.
• Light Computer work to update inventory using Spreadsheets, or Databases.
• Testing and deprovisioning of returned equipment.
• Completing cleaning duties as required
• Moving inventory throughout the workspace using various machinery and equipment
• Assisting and updating Salesforce Fulfillment tickets within the given Service Level Agreement.
• Knowledge of or experience with shipping and receiving processes and procedures
• Knowledge of device provisioning/configuration via GUI.
• Creation of configuration files for devices

Education and Experience

• High school graduate, some college and/or knowledge of computing, networking preferred
• Networking Protocols with an emphasis on Layers 1-3
• CPE (voice & data)
• Voice Network Technologies (including VoIP)
• Data Networking Technologies, Functionality and Services
• Proven decision making and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a dedication to quality
• Ability to manage their time effectively to complete all orders within a set timeframe
• Organizational skills to manage multiple orders at a time without errors
• Interpersonal skills to work well within a team environment
• Basic computer knowledge to complete digital paperwork and shipping manifests
• Ability to work safely within a warehouse environment
• Ability to follow existing company policies and procedures
