SalaryResponsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Manage and supervise a team/portfolio of leasing consultants and maintenance staff.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain current residents.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential residents.
- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, resident interactions, and property maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare monthly reports on occupancy rates, leasing activity, and financial performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in property management or related field.
- Proficiency in AppFolio or similar property management software.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with residents.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and ability to oversee repairs.
- Must obtain and keep a current California Department of Real Estate Salesperson License
