About the Role
The Technology and Network Lab Analyst job is a perfect entry level role fit for a motivated individual that wants to grow within the technology field.
What You'll Do

• Interpersonal Functions
  • Be the "face" of IT Labs - Greet and assist Senior Leadership Team, guests and Clients as needed.
  • Take pride in maintaining a beautiful lab space.
  • Dedication to providing top-notch customer service.
  • Support all teams, clients, and resources that utilize IT Lab space.
  • Work across teams to ensure consistent processes are followed as it relates to ticketing and requests.
  • Have excellent people skills.
  • Like to problem solve.
• Technical Functions
  • Understanding of Networking principles.
  • Responsible for setting-up and tearing down lab environments as well as racking and stacking hardware.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in an adhoc manner.
  • Assist with the creation of Images for Lab devices.
  • Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation to appropriate technical personnel.
• Reporting and Leadership Skills
  • Prepare and present regular reports as required, including statistics and metrics relating to Labs.
  • Maintain and update documentation for current state processes.
  • Ability to proactively proposes enhancements and process improvements for IT Labs as well as build repeatable processes to enhance turnaround time.
  • Project manage and organize internal meetings and tasks.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to deliver quality work products on tight deadlines.
  • Have attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Have a high level of trustworthiness.
  • Have a compliance focused mindset.

About You

• 1 to 5 years previous IT experience.
• Ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical staff and/or business leadership.
• Competence in Windows, Linux, and Mac machines.
• Competence in basic Networking.

Pay and Benefits (USA)

• Expected base salary range $40,000- $55,000. Total starting compensation will be determined based on all lawful criteria, Company policy and best practices.
• Equity: All employees within the U.S. are eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan.
