POSITION OVERVIEW:
Perform non-invasive diagnostic cardiac tests including electrocardiography and Holter monitor hook-up. Maintains EKG filing and documentation system including document scanning and maintenance of patient log. Receives direction from: Department Manager or Supervisor.
EDUCATION:
- High school or equivalent, required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in a healthcare environment, required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
- BLS Certification -- may be completed on-site during initial employment period, required.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Understanding of patient/Healthcare professional relationship.
