About our Scrub Tech Position:

• One year scrub tech experience required. (Orthopedics experience preferred).
• You will be the scrub tech in one operating room for the day in the ASC we keep our staff small so the scrub tech is expected to assist with turn overs, pulling cases, putting away laundry, and stocking different areas throughout the day.
• Occasional days in sterile processing are expected as needed.
• This is a four day a week position. The shift starts at 6am and goes until the OR's are completed. We do our best to keep it to a 10 hour shift. Due to the changing OR schedule flexibility in hours is expected.
• No call, major holidays or weekends.
• We require all our team to be cost focus to be good stewards of our facility to help keep prices low for our patients.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Training usually follows a see one do one teach one process; therefore fast learning is imperative to your success at our facility.
