Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative policies and documentation
- Work with technical staff and business stakeholders to create deliverables and artifacts that are intended for audiences with various levels of technical knowledge
- Involve creating, sharing, revising, and publishing policies and procedures
- Assist management with processes and documentation
- Assist management with Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) library and artifacts
- Edit the POA&M dashboard for management
- Develop, maintain, and submit documents for regulation compliance
- Work with various internal and external teams to create information security documents and artifacts for complying with cybersecurity laws and regulations=
- 2 years of experience with:
- Documented information technology related work
- Technical writing experience in positions requiring the development of structured written materials and visual aids
- IT security
- Experience with advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) to include working with templates and style guidelines for branding consistency
- Ability to:
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Interact with internal and external vendors, project team members, management, and departments and to build relationships and use facilitation skills with both technical and non-technical personnel
- Write, edit, and prepare presentations of technical information for both technical and business personnel using appropriate and illustrative graphical elements
- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, technical writing, OR similar discipline
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
