We are actively hiring a Geospatial Technical Targeter with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to support our Mission Technology Division in McLean, VA. Join a proactive and impactful team that gathers and analyzes data to provide business analytics insights to help the Customer understand and make important resource decisions to enhance mission effectiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Geospatial Technical Targeter identifies entities of interest that address intelligence gaps and/or mission objectives.
- The work is accomplished through the application of methodologies and tools used to identify, extract, and analyze operationally relevant information.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- BS or 5 years of targeting-related experience may be substituted for education
- 3 or more years of targeting-related work experience
- Analyze all-source intelligence to identify individuals, networks, organizations of interest, and propose avenues of operational access to targets.
- Identifies operational approaches and support field elements to advance operational, intelligence, technical, or mission objectives.
- Knowledge of collection capabilities related to complex geographic or functional areas or issues
- Knowledge of relevant US regulatory and policy issues related to operation activities
- Awareness of Counterintelligence (CI) and CI environments.
- Experience working with SIGINT
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Exposure to geospatial tools and libraries (e.g. Oracle Spatial, PostGIS, Netezza), and experience working with telecommunication protocols (802.11, CDMA, GSM, UMTS) is desirable
