Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Technical Support Specialist
- Manage and own ongoing communication from user initiated requests.
- Consistently make sound, thoughtful decisions toward agreed upon personal, company, and departmental/team objectives and goals.
- Provide customers with ongoing user education and assist with new client onboarding.
- Be a team player, acting collaboratively to problem solve client issues, while also working independently through day-to-day work.
Where? When? How much?
- The office location for the Technical Support Specialist position is in Eugene, Oregon. Training is in office, with a hybrid schedule post-training.
- This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with 8 hour shifts Monday through Friday between 6AM-5PM PST.
- The starting salary range is $38,000-$45,000 per year depending on experience.

Preferred Qualifications of a Technical Support Specialist
- Must be tech savvy - bonus points for experience with developer tools, WordPress, and other website builders
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience in a SAAS support environment
- Excellent communication skills; ability to organize and present technical material in an easily understood manner both verbally and written.
- High energy, positive attitude, with the ability to think creatively on their feet and handle multiple priorities.
