As a Technical Support Analyst, working in a hybrid way out of our Florida office, you will work closely with the wider customer success team focusing on our global customers.

Here's your chance to:

· Provide exceptional Customer Support on Gresham’s Clareti suite of products, aiming to exceed customer SLAs.

· Utilize strong diagnostic techniques to identify the root causes of problems, offer solutions via fix or workaround advice, or escalate to the Development team when necessary.

· Update the Customer Success knowledge base as appropriate to improve issue visibility and encourage knowledge sharing within the team.

· Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage ad hoc projects and requests independently.

· Maintain high levels of customer service, adapting to a diverse customer base and managing your own workload effectively.

You'll thrive if you:

· Have a technical background with previous experience in a Technical Support role.

· Possess a good understanding of databases and Linux/Windows operating systems, and some experience with Java, MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, AWS, or Linux.

· Exhibit excellent communication and customer-facing skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical users.

· Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Information Technology, with the ability to process large amounts of information rapidly and identify key details. An interest in Financial Services is considered a bonus.

Salary range: $65,000 – 80,000
