Job description

For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.  

CSA is seeking an Office 365 Technical Analyst to provide services for our Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) program.
How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
    • Document and maintain enterprise O365 capabilities and offerings for our DOD customers
    • Assign data migration roles and responsibilities for new projects to support successful execution of individual migration tasks
    • Create data mapping documentation for use in migration efforts
    • Collaborate with internal teams and customer representatives to determine data migration requirements prior to accepting projects
    • Research and resolve complex issues discovered during migrations
    • Coordinate with external stakeholders to align data migration scheduling to minimize business process disruptions
    • Develop internal and external documentation for Microsoft products to include: O365 Phone System, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and Azure AD
    • Lead training classes for O365 services
What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
    • 6+ years of system and/or network administration experience
    • Clearance: Active Secret clearance
    • High School Diploma
    • CompTIA Security + certification or equivalent; Bachelor's degree may be accepted in lieu of certification if contract dictates
    • Experience with Microsoft O365 management and configuration (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office Suite, AzureAD)
    • Expertise in developing, maintaining and contributing to technical and process documentation
    • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environment
    • Expert level knowledge in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Security & Compliance, Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)
What Sets You Apart:
    • Knowledge of AWS preferred
    • 3+ years of Cloud Engineering preferred
    • Expertise in DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (CC-SRG) and SCCA Architectures including Cloud Access Point (CAP) architectures
    • Strong understanding of DOD cloud governance, including CC-SRG, SCCA, CAP architectures, required to implement IL5/IL6 cloud services for DOD customers
    • Microsoft Azure experience and/or certifications preferred
