Shifamed is looking for a Technical Sourcer to assist with sourcing and hiring of candidates for specialized positions. This person will provide support in finding passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles, developing diverse talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screenings and manage candidate funnel in our internal ATS. This is a temporary position projected to be 3 – 6 months depending on business needs.
Responsibilities, Skills & Hands-On Experience
- Collaborate with recruiter and hiring managers to understand position requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify candidates for hard-to-fill roles through LinkedIn, online job boards, professional networks, and other sourcing tools.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Utilize Boolean searches, innovative search techniques, and creative sourcing methods to identify passive candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines in our internal ATS.
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience, including software/electrical engineering positions.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to prioritize and handle a requisition load of 10+ in a dynamic, rapidly evolving work environment.
- Excellent interview skills and the ability to screen and select candidates.
- Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with competing priorities.
- A positive, collaborative approach to your work.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Our salary ranges are calculated by role and level. Your position within that range will be determined by your job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant education, and training/certifications. In addition to those factors, we also examine internal equity as well as consider current market rate, and title may be assessed one level lower or higher accordingly. After you join the company your performance, contributions, and results along with business and organizational needs will affect your base salary. The base salary range for this full-time position is between $80,000 to $100,000.
