Form of workA well established medical device manufacturer in Snoqualmie is looking to add an experienced Technical Sales Manager to their growing team!
This global company is one of the leading designers and manufacturers of high performance wire, cable, and medical devices for industries like aerospace, military & defense, space, medical and industrial. This Technical Sales Manager role would support the companies precision flex circuit division. In this role you would develop strong relationships with existing customers, provide leadership to the sales team, and generate a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.

Technical Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Generate, qualify and develop new sales opportunities for the precision flex circuit division
Develop sales strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
Market the companies products and services to both exisiting key accounts and new business opportunties
Coordinate technical support to internal and external customers
Provide leadership to exisiting sales team (2 members) to achieve growth and sales targets
You will be successful in this role if you have a strong Technical Sales background and experience developing robust pipelines of sales opportunties.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Technical Sales Manager Qualifitications
5+ years of recent experience in Technical Sales (prospecting, building pipeline, hitting quota)
Experience in the electronics, medical device, micro fabrication industries preferred
Ability to travel (domestic) 25% of time
Ability to provide leadership and mentorship to both direct and indirect team members
Experience with CRMs (Salesforce/SAP preferred)
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Compensation: $125k - $150k + annual yearly bonus
