The IA Business Development SPOC for North America is an SME in Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation and Machine Learning (AI, RPA, ML) you will lead the development of Sales strategies, solution proposal and deal closing. You will manage Identification and generation of sales opportunities and the cultivation of pipeline growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:SME across Intelligent Automation technologies - RPA, AI, ML
Prior experience in managing complex technology deals, preferably around RPA, AI, and ML
Lead Growth of Region through targeted client portfolio management resulting in meeting or exceed revenue and bookings targets
Manage and lead the Regional Marketing and PR programs and events to increase revenue opportunities and increase Capgemini's IA brand equity through blogs, tradeshows, and social platforms, CxO Breakfasts, and other Pre-sales opportunities
Build and manage a sales team to drive new business development, account management, and customer alliances
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with IPA technology partners, system integrators, and other industry players to expand the company's market reach
Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in IPA, AI &ML to internal teams, partners, and customers.
Continuously analyze market and competitor strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Collaborate with NA GTM cluster leads and Practices to create and execute effective go-to-market strategies that drive demand for IPA solutions through targeted campaigns, events, and community engagement
Preferable - Experience in IT services sales to Financial Services and Insurance CXOs

- Meeting and exceeding annual contract value target

- Works as part of a team to negotiate new deals, extensions, and ad-hoc service aspects
