As a key member of the Sales team, you will play a crucial role in managing both functions. Your responsibilities will include providing expertise in Industrial Automation, offering sales support, training, and customer assistance while ensuring accuracy in order processing, troubleshooting, and contributing to strategic initiatives for business growth.

Technical Sales and Support Planner Responsibilities:
- Utilize Salesforce for accurate tracking of customer interactions, pricing details, and order processing efficiency.
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries and returned products, offering timely resolutions and recommendations.
- Support strategic sales initiatives to achieve organizational goals within the Americas region.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive business growth.
Technical Sales and Support Planner Requirements:
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and CPQ usage.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate technical product specifications effectively.
- Strong team player with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across various corporate levels.
- Attention to detail with the capability to review drawings and data sheets for appropriate product selections.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the instrumentation or Industrial Automation field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience working with equipment manufacturing companies.
- Experience supporting both domestic and international customer accounts.
- Understanding of digital customer engagement and sales processes.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $65K-80K
