SALES ENGINEER - EV CHARGING (GSE & MHE)
Minit Charger, a pioneer of fast charging technology, has a solid track record in supporting aviation and supply chain sectors with its groundbreaking patented technology.  As part of our growth strategy, we are planning to enter EVSE charging space with an ambitious plan to disrupt with our unique design, compact footprint and scalable power output.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Charger Salesperson at Minit Charger you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our GSE and MHE charger sales and services. Requires strong sales skills (70% of your time) with some technical comprehension (30% of your time). You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique charging needs, and delivering tailored solutions, where applicable. 
 
This is a base + commission position and offers a potential of well over $125K per year.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
  • Identify and target potential customers in the GSE and MHE charging markets, including airports, airlines, GSE handlers, distribution centers and manufacturing plants.
  • Develop engaging materials for trade publications and social media.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their specific charging requirements and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Navigate potential clients through technical and commercial requirements, how to select a charger to meet their specific applications and offer the best solutions with minimal investment.
  • Manage the entire sales process from origination to closing contracts. Including all required regulatory paperwork, sales proposals and fully executed contracts.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and propose customized charging solutions that meet their needs, including charger installation, maintenance, and support services.
  • Understand and promote company offerings, pitch sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the advantages of our EV charging solutions.
  • Visit clients and potential clients to perform site visits, record notes and take photographs to evaluate needs, and promote company offerings.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales process.
  • Maintain client records in CRM.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3-5+ years sales experience in aviation and material handling markets.
  • At least Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management.
  • Must be comfortable with cold calling potential clients.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Good organization skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, strong execution capability.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
