Requirements and Experience:
- Minimum of five years as a Technical Recruiter with a history of results & proven performance delivering high-bar tech talent
- Solid writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong self-sourcing skills and ability to use various Recruiting tools to find qualified candidates (Familiar with online recruiting methods, blogging & forums)
- Familiarity with an applicant tracking system
- Ability to recruit mid to senior level candidates
- Organized and efficient with strong time management skills
- Provide input into diversity strategy, analyze progress/results and develop strategic recommendations for improvement
- Maintain a strong network, understand the competitive landscape and adapt approaches to differentiate the organization in the marketplace.

- Informatica Data Quality (IDQ),ETL, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- OBIEE, Oracle PL/SQL, Python, QlikSense, Qlikview, SAS, Scala,
- Spark, Splunk, Tableau, Talend, Teradata
