Technical Recruiter - Insights & Data

Requirements and Experience:

• Minimum of five years as a Technical Recruiter with a history of results & proven performance delivering high-bar tech talent
• Solid writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong self-sourcing skills and ability to use various Recruiting tools to find qualified candidates (Familiar with online recruiting methods, blogging & forums)
• Familiarity with an applicant tracking system
• Ability to recruit mid to senior level candidates
• Organized and efficient with strong time management skills
• Provide input into diversity strategy, analyze progress/results and develop strategic recommendations for improvement
• Maintain a strong network, understand the competitive landscape and adapt approaches to differentiate the organization in the marketplace.
