Lead the comprehensive management of a diverse portfolio of projects, encompassing various complexities and risks across multiple regions and functions concurrently. Ensure the success of projects by strictly adhering to standardized organizational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project scope, budgeting, and cost reporting.
- Ensure project completion within quality, schedule, and cost parameters.
- Act as a bridge between IT partners, client organizations, and IT leadership.
- Assist in managing relationships with existing vendors.
- Utilize strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Recommend business solutions and alternatives for projects.
- Estimate, schedule, and coordinate project activities.
- Secure project funding and allocate resources effectively.
- Issue reporting to all levels within the organization.
- Generate executive-level reports on project status and activities.
- Prepare and evaluate RFPs, manage business cases, and conduct financial analysis.
- Gather technical contractual requirements for sourcing vendors.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for vendor selection.
- Support contract negotiations with Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance.
- Ensure contract governance, service level management, and quality assurance.
- Ensure security compliance and procedures with vendors.
- Oversee audit and compliance management with vendors.
- Proven experience in managing complex and high-risk projects.
- Strong financial analysis skills, with expertise in contract-level financial analysis.
- Vendor management experience, including RFP preparation and contract negotiations.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient in project initiation, planning, scheduling, and control.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to report at executive levels.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Previous experience in IT project management is preferred.
