Roles & Responsibilities

  • Stage, test, and assist with the deployment of Xenial supported hardware platforms throughout large venues.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, partners, and team members
  • Communicate with various internal departments to gather data and summarize multiple projects
  • Meet with internal departments to track progress of all assigned projects
  • Meet with venue customers and their contracted vendor partners
  • Attend and be prepared for all pertinent internal and external meetings
  • Compile reports and data for monthly and yearly team performance reporting
  • Assist in project planning and risk management controls
  • Clearly define project roles & responsibilities, escalation paths and ownership; actively participating in project sizing and resource requirements
  • Assist in developing pilot plans, goals, objectives, policies, documentation, and procedures
  • Contribute collaboratively to team's effectiveness, learning, and delivery of high-quality products to clients
  • Assist in resource planning and provide feedback for team members

  • Adept problem-solving - the ability to get to the root of an issue quickly, accurately, and resolve not only the issue at hand, but also build structure for prevention in the future.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - proven ability to clearly articulate ideas, issues, information to a variety of stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of QSR industry common practices and best practices a plus
  • Project Management experience or education - CAPM Certification a plus
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office products' suite.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and project management software a plus
  • Creative thinking and analytical problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Four or more years' experience in coordination of projects or activities
  • Frequent use of computerized applications, basic understanding of programming/logical functions
  • Experience with New Product / Pilot Implementations
  • Restaurant experience is a plus
  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish/French is a plus

Work Environment
Candidates will work remote primarily in the Atlanta Metro area. Light lifting, up to 50lbs, may be required on occasion.
Travel
  • Up to 50%
