Location: Buffalo, NY
Pay Rate: $30/hr depending on experience.

Duration of Project: 6months starting and can go up to 3-4 years.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to lead resources (both onsite and remote locations) to meet Statement of Work requirements.
- Needs to interact with the Customer Site Contact to prepare site for service delivery.
- Responsible for resolving escalations from Project Manager, Customer, or Field Service Resources
- Must be able to manage scheduling activity at a site.
- Prepare status reports for PM and customer PM.
- Individual will need to be driven by streamlining complex logistical processes and service delivery activity to maximize on site teams efficiencies at customer locations.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of deliverables
- Assist with intake and outtake of logistics
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualification:
- 3+ years' experience managing IT service delivery projects.
- Experience with leading resources to meet Statement of Work requirements.
- Experience with scheduling software such as MS Project and/or equivalent software
- Must be proficient with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible work schedule
Desired Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or equivalent related to the field.
- Six Sigma Certification, CAPM Certification and/or any PMI certification preferred.
