We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee a wide variety of projects from initial discovery through implementation and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.

We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee a wide variety of projects from initial discovery through implementation and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.
- Be advised that position is in-office Monday to Thursday and remote on Friday
- Develop and manage the project, communication, resource plans and processes
- Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success by adhering to standards of scope, budget, and timeline
- Analyze all operational and technical processes to ensure they’re delivered as expected
- Meet regularly with project stakeholders and define project goals and objectives
- Generate status and/or risk reports to update stakeholders and manage projects
- Research and evaluate new hardware and software technology and help make decisions on the cost-benefit analysis of new purchases
- Monitor all application schedules and document all requirements to assure regulatory compliance with *HITRUST standards

Required:
- Minimum (3) management experience in the IT field and comprehensive technical knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Analytical acumen, computer and math skills
- Knowledge of new and established software systems with ability to train others on them
- Organizational and time management skills to keep teams and projects on schedule
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Project management certification preferred but not required
- Trained in project management and knowledge of various methodologies to deliver successful projects
- Experience leading, coaching and developing technical teams
- Comfortable in a highly competitive, collaborative and fast-paced work environment
