- 5 years of experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence and language models.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Experience executing product launch and/or go-to-market processes and launch execution.
- Experience in Google Cloud or other cloud technologies and launches.
- Familiarity with AI/ML and differentiation of AI model building versus traditional software builds.

Responsibilities
- Manage work streams including requirements gathering and risk assessment.
- Work closely with researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features and capabilities across various workstreams.
- Identify and solve cross-functional and inter-team issues quickly. Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high-complexity and scope.
- Exercise acumen and develop recommendations that translate into a course of action.
- Design and implement build and operational processes that help the teams/organization scale.
