DAT is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our Program Management team in Beaverton, OR or Denver, CO.

What You'll Do
- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for complex technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, technology, product, and design teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Facilitate communication between different departments to drive cohesive project coordination and execution.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive project plans, status reports, and documentation. Communicate project progress, key milestones, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements and progress.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and best practices to enhance project management methodologies and team efficiency.
The Skills and Experience You'll Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical project or program management, preferably in software development or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and technical concepts. Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, and software development tools.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to think critically, make decisions, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities. Ability to adapt quickly to evolving project needs and requirements.
For Colorado-based candidates, in compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the minimum salary for this role is $130,000 + benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can vary significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
