Job Description

A program leader that takes the initiative at the onset and drives end to end delivery of programs. Works under little to no supervision to get the job done.
Effective planning, coordination, and execution of operational and strategic initiatives.
Develop plans and schedules in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the bank
Drive communication and coordination between architecture, engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure success of deployments.
Able to influence stakeholders to align with competing priorities for a win-win strategy for all.
Monitor and report on program progress, including risks and issues, and take prompt actions to mitigate them. Always anticipating issues thinking ahead. Reporting consistency is key.
Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and documentation such as RAIDs.
Continuously improve methods to drive efficiency and quality of program deliverables.
Builds healthy relationships with stakeholders, resolves conflicts, maintains clarity on priorities, removes impediments and drives consistent progress.
Drive technical excellence within the team with a focus on quality, coordinating and contributing to engineering deliverables including architectural diagrams, specifications etc. Can understand complex technical discussions at a high-level.
Remains primary point of contact for all matters related to the program.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to technologies and project management.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams desired
Project management skills with demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs in a matrix organization covering diverse technology areas desired
B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience desired
A Masters degree is preferred
PMP certification desired
7+ years of Technical Program management experience desired
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment desired
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects/programs of varying sizes and scale preferred
Experience managing programs autonomously across functional organizations preferred
Possession of critical thinking skills desired
Experience in leading complex initiatives across multiple teams in different time zones preferred
Analytical and problem-solving experience managing large-scale systems desired
Effective communicator that can translate high level objectives into action plans. Able to customize communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
