Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Technical Product Support Agent to join our team. As a Technical Product Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and technical support and assistance to our customers. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy troubleshooting issues, and helping others we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers seeking technical assistance with our products/services in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or guidance to customers.
- Providing accurate information about our products or services to customers
- Document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and timely support to customers.
- Follow up with customers via phone or email as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service in a technical support role or call center role.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Spanish bilingual is a PLUS
- Ability to work well in a team environment
