About the Team Bluberi Gaming is seeking a Technical Product Trainer that specializes in learning, understanding, and teaching (via hands-on / demonstration) the installation, service and troubleshooting of Electronic Gaming Equipment, Overhead Signs and associated peripherals in the field. As a Technical Trainer you must be extremely knowledgeable in your field of expertise and possess a solid technical aptitude.
Additionally, we expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way using a variety of mediums including video and AI tools. Summary This internal role will deliver training to the Field Service organization supporting Class II and Class III electronic gaming equipment. This individual will also conduct distance learning classes using video equipment. This position will collaborate with the Field Service organization, Product Management, Engineering, and external customers to address logistical and content challenges as it relates to training deliveries and support.
Learning new products and maintaining knowledge of an expanding product line will be an ongoing requirement. This Product Trainer position will operate out of Bluberis Las Vegas, NV office location. Essential Functions Lead and actively contribute to the development of innovative training programs that align with emerging technologies and new product offerings.
Conduct hands-on technical training sessions focusing on the installation and repair of Bluberis gaming hardware products. This includes internal and external customer training using established instructor-led methods, mentorship programs, and testing protocols. Collaborate with Technical Writers to design and develop comprehensive training documentation and content.
Enhance training programs by understanding customer-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with their needs. Maintain comprehensive records of all training and testing activities, delivering regular status reports and comprehensive training wrap-up reports to management. Attend relevant training classes and collaborate with Product Support teams to deepen expertise, aiming for certifications aligned with department standards.
Contribute to the creation and delivery of performance improvement programs for the Field Service organization. Conduct Remote Training Sessions using Microsoft Teams and leverage Remote Training Equipment, including cameras, streaming software applications, and other supportive equipment. Manage and oversee training equipment and assigned inventory to ensure optimal functionality.
Assist Product Support in documenting and testing new technologies/products. Actively participate in special projects that directly contribute to or benefit the training function, as assigned. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in contributing to organizational goals.
