  • Prior experience managing a product team.
  • Leverage their deep software acumen to develop program strategies, functional and technical requirements, resourcing plans, and technical roadmaps.
  • Possess organizational agility, partnering with key stakeholders from multiple disciplines to align resources in service of the desired outcomes.
  • Focus on delivering value to our customers through careful and deliberate prioritization of desired outcomes.
  • Previous success working with an Agile development team.
  • Background in software development - preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when solving unexpected problems.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
  • Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Data-driven and result-oriented.
  • Experience in building/managing technology products on cloud platforms.

Qualification / Education and preferred prior experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics/Energy Engineering, or related field, or a combination of education and equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience with progressive responsibilities in cloud software development
  • 3+ years of Technical Product Management experience in agile software delivery and backlog management tools, automated testing and release/dependency management, leading agile ceremonies
  • 3+ years of experience defining product vision, strategy, product roadmaps and creating and managing backlogs.
  • 3+ years of experience in building/managing technology products on cloud platforms.
  • 2+ years of experience with handling complex, large data & data learning algorithms
  • Previous success working with an Agile development team.
  • Leverage their deep software acumen to develop program strategies, functional and technical requirements, resourcing plans, and technical roadmaps.
  • Possess organizational agility, partnering with key stakeholders from multiple disciplines to align resources in service of the desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrate continued drive for process improvements, thinking out of the box to motivate and encourage team members.
  • Help Business Stakeholders understand our iterative development approach and focus on delivering a Minimum Viable Product through careful and deliberate prioritization.
  • Work with the multiple vehicle core component teams, other cross-functional teams (internal and external) to prioritize, plan, and deliver the product.
  • Ensures the backlog is populated with enough prioritized user stories ready to be estimated for the next two iterations.
  • Communicates openly and frequently with the team by responding to in-person prompts.
  • Lead operational excellence in terms of innovation, agile delivery, validation, planning, capacity management and release execution.
  • Identify and resolve critical roadblocks for the product teams and handle integration issues & risks
  • Knowledge share and mentor others to collectively move the team forward with Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking principles; innovate and iterate on product management processes.

  • Lead definition, planning, execution and operationalization of complex technical initiatives in software space aimed at achieving strategic business goals.
  • Prioritize customer scenarios and define functional success metrics to align project objectives with customer needs.
  • Deliver or oversee delivery of comprehensive functional specifications aligned with project goals.
  • Leverage technical expertise to design program strategies, robust technical architecture, functional and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as designers, software engineers and Product Managers to define project scope, objectives, and priorities ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables and outcomes are achieved within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resources.
  • Demonstrate influential leadership by considering diverse perspectives, making decisive progress, and motivating the team to achieve project objectives.
  • Identifies risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the strategic projects/programs.
  • Manage technology product goals and forecasts. Collaborate with software development team(s) to translate the long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmap.
  • Redefines the backlog content to optimize business outcomes based on software product feedback.
  • Understands business and user requirements to prioritize the product backlog and manage risks.
