Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily involve providing technical support over the phone for our range of Silent, Oil-Free, and Industrial Rotary Screw Air Compressors. Additionally, the selected candidate will engage in general customer service tasks and have the opportunity to grow into a sales-oriented role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support over the phone for our Silent, Oil-Free, and Industrial Rotary Screw Air Compressors.
• Demonstrate strong mechanical and electrical skills in troubleshooting customer issues.
• Handle general customer service inquiries effectively and efficiently.
• Actively participate in sales activities and contribute to sales growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance, mechanics, or related fields is required.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
• Strong familiarity with compressors or related machinery is highly preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a related field is required.
• General mechanical and electrical knowledge and skills working with machinery.

Compensation:

• Compensation will be based on experience, starting at $20 plus per hour. Much higher for those applicants experiences with technical repair and sales of air compressors.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $75,000.00 per year
