As a Technical Enablement Specialist - Government , you will be responsible forRelativityOne Technical Enablement functions including data migrations and POCs. The Technical Enablement Specialist - Government works under moderate direction of managers and senior team members.
The Technical Enablement Specialist - Government will report to Manager, Customer Enablement - Technical.
Due to specific customer contract requirements, this position requires that the successful candidate be a U.S. citizen. As a condition of your role supporting the RelativityOne Government product, you are required to obtain a Public Trust clearance. The process for obtaining the Public Trust clearance will be handled by the federal government and could include additional background screening regarding criminal history, drug use, financial records, and a character assessment. If you are unable to obtain the Public Trust clearance, you will be unable to work on the RelativityOne Government product, and your employment, if still in effect, may be terminated.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead RelativityOne Technical Enablement activities including implementations, data migrations, POCs, and other projects as assigned.
- Assess, manage, and respond to customer inquiries regarding RelativityOne Technical Enablement activities.
- Capture customer and prospective customer requirements and work with internal teams to create scopes of work and enablement plans to address business needs.
- Serve as client surrogate across Relativity to ensure that end user’s perspective is voiced during product development cycle.
- Participate in sales calls and meetings as required and assist with the preparation of presentation materials.
- Track activities in the approved, standard internal systems, including detailed updates for all customer interactions and change management.
- Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.
- Demonstrate consistent commitment to core company values.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the core functions of RelativityOne.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Current Relativity Certified Administrator certification status or the attainment of an RCA within 1 year of hire date.
- Public Trust Certification or attainment Public Trust Certification within 3 months of hire date.
- Atleast 3 years of relevant work experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
- Must have or be able to attain Public Trust Certification within 3 months of hire.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, drive projects to completion and meet deadline
- Considerable business and IT acumen, including problem-solving and critical thinking.
This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $67,000 and $82,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
