As a Training Specialist, Sales Enablement, you will be instrumental in the success of sales members’ individual performance and helping Insider Intelligence \u007C eMarketer realize their core business goals. You will work closely with the Revenue Operations Team to deliver best in class onboarding and continuous training and development for the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and administer the onboarding program for all new sales reps. Continue to refine the program to ensure effectiveness and that it combats existing performance gaps.
- Facilitate and build Sales Enablement programming (upskilling, 1:1 coaching, messaging etc.)
- Create and launch training programs to support sales representatives in utilizing available sales tools and technologies to increase efficiency and maximize their potential.
- Partner with Product Marketing to enable sales to easily access and utilize product collateral and enablement content.
- Contribute and build upon the strong sales culture and community through creative sales competitions and unique prize selections.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Sales Enablement and training features in the market and continue to pitch ideas to be more robust and efficient.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Coaching and training experience
- Presentation design and facilitation skills
- Experience working in Sales either as a sales representative or in a related capacity
- Experience working with sales and training tools (Litmos, Gong, Salesloft, Salesforce, 6sense, SalesNavigator, UserGems etc.)
- Nice to have: working for a company selling research
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $75,000-85,000 (dependent on skills & experience)
