- Understands garment construction, grading for knit &woven cut & sew childrens apparel
- Able to create size specs & grading from sketch/prototype sample
- Fit/Evaluate garments with design team and prepare comments for overseas production
- Able to communicate with overseas factories
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Skill Sets Required:
- Self-starter with ability to lead and function independently
- Great attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Team player with ability to multi-task, strong communication skills and necessary follow through
- 1-2 years of prior experience in Technical design
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
