Raptive is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to bridge pre- and post-sale engagement with Raptive’s largest creators. This is a unique opportunity, as the successful candidate will be the first person in this role, with the responsibility of defining and shaping the position within our organization.
The ideal candidate has web development experience specializing in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as WordPress development experience. They can also effectively communicate technical and non-technical concepts to prospective and current clients.
The TCPM will serve as the primary point of contact through new creator onboarding, partnering with Creator Growth and the Installation team to ensure a seamless integration. This role reports to the Director, Technical Support, and matrixes to VP, Creator Partnerships Management.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely alongside Creator Partnerships Managers and Sr Creator Partnerships Managers to provide technical support, expertise, and insights to bridge pre- and post-sale engagement with Raptive’s largest creators
- Build out a program and offering that’s designed to alleviate and address any technical concerns and questions that arise during the onboarding process with Raptive’s largest creators
- Build and maintain awesome relationships with incoming and existing Platinum, Platinum Elite, and Luminary creators through written and phone/video communications
- Craft thoughtful, personal responses to incoming and existing Platinum+ creators’ technical questions in our support system (Zendesk)
- Manage the #platinum-tech-support Slack channel and escalate issues as needed
- Be an active member of a distributed team via tools like Slack, G Suite, Zoom, Zendesk, Confluence, Salesforce, and more
- Understand the technical side of our new products and offerings and be able to explain and evangelize them to creators
- Communicate complex technical concepts simply and creatively
- On a less frequent basis, you will be expected to travel to events at least 3 times per year to meet with creators
- Refine the roles and responsibilities for this role

The base salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
