Overview of Responsibilities:
- Boost Mobile App Adoption:Drive MyReid app downloads through creative in-house marketing initiatives and patient education.
- Empower Patients with Technology:Assist patients with MyReid access, login, navigation, and feature usage like appointment scheduling, online bill pay, and proxy access.
- Troubleshooting Wizard:Resolve MyReid issues efficiently, reset passwords, and configure security settings.
- Embrace Telehealth:Support telehealth and video visit functionalities, ensuring seamless patient experiences.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve:Continuously learn and update your knowledge of MyReid, and RPM features.
- Team Player & Independent Thinker:Collaborate with colleagues while also demonstrating initiative and ownership.
