Job Overview:
We are seeking a fun, professional Team Member/Customer Support Rep to join our team in . As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a creative environment, we want to hear from you! We are a paint and sip lounge offering customers a memorable art experience. Every member of our team strives to make our paint and sip experience the best for our customers.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate information about services, including private party bookings and public session inquiries.
- Assist customers with booking tickets, general inquiries, and resolving issues
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Know how to handle tasks independently but also escalate any immediate or pressing matter to management where appropriate
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in computer skills
- Has access to a personal computer
