Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you will provide a positive customer experience in a prompt and professional manner. Provide direct customer support by invoicing, answering phones, processing payments, filling orders, resolving/troubleshooting customer requests, and helping to maintain warehouse and customer will call workspaces.
Duties:
- Provide customers information about our services, products, and promotions
- Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct outbound calls to clients for various purposes, such as sales inquires or account updates
- Perform data entry tasks/invoicing accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing
- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have
- Maintain cleanliness standards
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
- Bilingual preferred
- Knowledge of basic measurements (inches, feet, yards)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
Location: San Dimas, CA
This position is Full time: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
