Responsibilities:

• Count cash and make correct change.
• Have knowledge of store's policy on handling change and customer service.
• Maintain appropriate level of customer service to all customers.
• Be aware of major events/promotions/drawings at the store.
• Arrive at work on time.
• Provide positive customer service to every customer that walks through the door.
• Be friendly and upbeat with customers.
• Be knowledgeable about store policy and procedures.

Your role:

• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and appearance.
• Understand how to correctly wash hands and when to use and change gloves.
• Understand and follow the food storage hierarchy.
• Correctly rotate product following the FIFO system and understand how to correctly use Day Dots.
• Master product builds.
• Great personal skills to be able to greet customers as they begin their order or pick up food.
• Ability to answer customer questions pertaining to ingredients, allergens, modifications, etc.
• Know all our product anatomies. Be able to answer basic allergy questions.
• Understand our product differentiators. Understand what makes B.GOOD’s food special.
• Assemble all menu items to specifications with accuracy and efficiency, following all build charts.
• Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
• Understand what B.GOOD’s brand and concepts standards are and work to always live up to these standards.
• Stock and re-stock line according to station maps and B.GOOD’s standards and procedures.
