PM Shift Team Leader

Company is an automotive metal stamping facility
Pay Rate: $23-25/hr, based on experience
Job overview:
Responsible for managing team of 15-20 employees: Press Operators, Hilo drivers, Die Setters
Ensuring the timely and efficient completion of finished stamped parts meet customer requirements.
This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership and interpersonal skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Experience required:
*MUST have a manufacturing background
*Seeking 1-5 year experience
Proven experience in a production management role.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Technical understanding in equipment setup and troubleshooting
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
2nd Shift hours: Monday - Thursday, 4:30PM - 3AM (occasional overtime on Fridays).
Ideally, open to a candidate who may consider a split shift, 10am - 8pm
*Permanent job - 90 day contract to direct hire
