What You Will AchieveYou will be using your extensive management skills to successfully support the production process. You will drive the efficiencies of the overall manufacturing systems impacting quality operations of their respective area of operation, including maintenance, batch record, manufacturing quality, reliability, training, etc.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Customer Service within the Supply Chain Operations (SCO) department. The Supply Team Leader Manager is responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams including API/DP Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance and Quality. The position will also work with external customers and above site operations to drive initiatives focused on both site and network goals.

How You Will Achieve ItAssures customer delivery requirements are met.
Utilize site systems, processes to facilitate batch release and issue resolution to support throughput.
Develop and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to drive process changes that support sustainable and effective cost reductions and/or process efficiencies within site operations.
Engage with Site Manufacturing Operations, Planning and Internal/External customers to drive efficient planning and inventory management to drive optimal inventory levels.
Liaison between site operations, Quality and supply chain operations to prioritize activities for best overall outcomes.
Drive material flow and cycle time reduction initiatives focused on reducing inventory wait times between steps and improving the overall lead time/cycle time of products within the site.
Coordinate site resources and time to meet customer needs and balance multiple constraints.
Be the voice of the customer at the plant and represent the plant with various customer groups.
Take ownership to solve problems with raw material supply, reduced material yield, complex quality investigations, production process changes, regulatory challenges, and other unforeseen issues.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicant must have a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience.
- OR an Associate's degree with 8 years of experience.
- OR a Bachelor's with at least 5 years of experience.
- OR Master's Degree with more than 3 years of experience.
- OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience.
- 5-7 years related experience in supply chain, Quality and/or site operations.
- Demonstrated skills with ERP systems; SAP (APO, SNP, ECC) experience highly desirable.
- Strong and practical leader with proven track record of achievement in implementing change.
- Excellent analytical skills, including strategic thinking, ability to frame problems and opportunities using supporting data, problem solving and measuring impact.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to lead change and influence without direct authority.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to share at all levels of the organization.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,800.00 to $151,300.00.
