The 1,700 plus agents spread across 9 Keller Williams franchises sold over $11 Billion in residential and commercial Real Estate in FY 2021.
TCG is Rick Cunningham's internal hub at Keller Williams Brentwood. We are currently looking to add a Leading Agent onto our Team that would work side by side with Rick & the Director of Operations to grow the Team with a common vision and goal for the future. This person should also have experience in Real Estate sales that is currently active, with several years of knowledge, who has a proven track record. We are looking for someone who wants to expand his/her business to the next level with this long-term partnership opportunity. Compensation will be through the Leading Agent’s own production and the production and revenue of the overall Team.
Qualifications:
· You should have an engaging personality & great attitude

· You must have an active Real Estate license and several years of experience with transitions closed
Responsibilities:
· Go on Listing Appointments
· Lead Team Meetings
· Help navigate the Sales Team to hit its goals by leading the Team culture with productivity, accountability and results
· Conduct sales and help add additional business to the Team
· Work with the Director of Operations to structure the Team foundation and streamline Teams processes
· Work with the Director of Operations to update documents and tools for Agent needs
· Help recruit Agents to the Team and setting an example for the Agents to follow
· Manage staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance
· Research competition and develop strategies to successfully compete in todays market
· Scout vendors and other business integrations including marketing for our Team that could be of value
· Retain and train productive sales Agents
· Review P&L and all Expenses when provided
· Step in when needed to handle Team issues with vendors, staff, clients etc.
· Oversee compliance and contractual language
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
