We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Coordinate work schedules and manage shift assignments
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss goals, targets, and performance metrics
- Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory management, reporting, and documentation

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in wireless or retail sales
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proven ability to negotiate and sell products or services
- Ability to effectively manage shifts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and reporting
