We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. As an Assistant Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and education of young children. Your responsibilities will include creating a nurturing and stimulating environment, implementing age-appropriate curriculum, and fostering social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
```Duties:```
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote their physical, social, and intellectual development
- Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Assess children's developmental levels and provide individualized instruction when necessary
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for students
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and conducive to learning
```Requirements:```
- Experience working with young students in a preschool or daycare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and other key areas of childhood development
- Familiarity with special education strategies and techniques is a plus
