```Duties```
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide support and supervision to children during classroom activities
- Help create a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Support individual student needs and provide one-on-one assistance when necessary
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and development
- Assist with daily tasks such as preparing materials, organizing the classroom, and cleaning up after activities
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in babysitting, caregiving, or working with children in a professional setting
- Knowledge of toddler care, infant care, preschool education, or special education is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
- First aid certification is preferred but not required
