Tcs (Cubs) Application Support Analyst

Overview:

UCB is looking for an experienced TCS (CUBS) Application Support Analyst to join our team. This individual will work our medical and government collection teams. This is an exciting position that requires a self-starting individual who loves a challenging and dynamic work environment.

CUBS Administrator/Business Analyst Job Duties:

· Administer CUBS application including: User management, Account Flow Manager, desks, reports and queries.

· Trouble shoot application errors and escalate as needed.

· Work with end users and clients to identify and document requirements for new development requests.

· Work with development team to document and assign development requests.

· Perform QA on new development requests.

· TCS subject matter expert to support end users.

· Work with clients to ensure files and reports received timely, accurately.

· Perform ad hoc requests from end users and clients.

Skills/Qualifications:

· 2+ years’ experience in CUBS collection application administration

· 2+ years’ experience in a collection agency

· 2+ years’ experience performing business analysis

· 2+ years’ experience Universe programming

· Microsoft tools including Excel and PowerPoint

· Excellent Universe Retrieve ability

· Ability to work independently and with teams

· Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written

· Decision Making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

B.S. Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience or degree

Healthcare systems knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
