The primary focus of this position is to support the human resource information systems (HRIS) being utilized within the organization. - Perform troubleshooting, user setup and minor enhancements on HR applications ranging from out of the box to custom developed in an evolving and growing environment.
- Complete configuration and customization activities to meet business requirements, including basic maintenance of imports and integrations between products
- Identify root cause for commonly occurring issues and recommend permanent solutions
- Identify break/fix incidents versus enhancement requests, work well with other cross functional teams to resolve any break/fix incidents
- Be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of end users/business users
- 2-4 years overall experience working in a HRIS function.
- Ability to quickly grasp applications purpose and understanding of processes
- Self-motivated individual who can find innovative ways to solve recurring problems
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, reasoning and research abilities
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and rock star level customer service
