DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Build long-lasting relationships and provide outstanding services as the “go-to” tax expert for a number of our clients, which are small business owners
- Preparing and reviewing corporate and individual tax returns for your assigned group of clients.
- Successfully conducting meetings with clients (salary projections, tax projections, financial reviews, and more) to provide high-value tax planning and advice.
- Personal Property Tax Preparation
- Tax Notice Resolutions
- S elections
- Three years of tax experience (focused on corporate and individual tax returns).
- Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel and Word.
- Prefer UltraTax experience.
- Bachelors degree with courses in accounting.
- Enrolled Agent license preferred.
- Upbeat personality with a “can-do” attitude towards problem-solving and client service.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with little supervision.
- Strong desire to learn and grow your professional skills.
- Passionate about helping small businesses excel!
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Full-time position. Reports to Director of Tax. Strong performers will have the opportunity to be promoted to a managerial position.
