This posting is for 4 positions within the Jordan Design Operations Function.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Jordan BrandCreative Producer. We seek someone who is a strategic, motivated, detail oriented, organized and positive team member. The Creative Producer brings key members of the creative team together and are experts in how to get a variety of projects done from design concepts to photoshoots to video production and beyond. This person will partner closely with the Studio Manager, helping to define the scope of delivery for content creation and communicating budget and timelines.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will be a strategic partner to the Brand Design team and Brand Voice team along with the Studio Manager, leading the process for our content creation and productions. You ensure the team stays on track within timelines and budget.
You will be responsible for leading the communication and coordination of our external partners and vendors, plus reviews and approvals with Legal and Business Affairs for items relating to our content creation and assets.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You'll work in Brand Design and Brand Voice, two functions making up Global Brand Creative, reporting to the Brand Creative Senior Manager of Creative Production. In addition, this role will partner closely with Global Marketing functions including Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Sports Marketing, Brand Communications, Legal, and Business Affairs.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Fashion, Marketing, Design or related field or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
5+ years in project management, resourcing, or creative production on an in-house creative
team or agency.
Deep understanding of the skill sets, technical requirements, and project workflows in at least
one core medium (motion/video, interactive experiences/development, design, social) with
proficiency in the others.
Experience producing small to large scale motion and stills advertising campaign shoots.
Experience working with multiple vendors, from traditional creative agencies to digital
studios, design shops etc.
Ability to negotiate and broker trade-offs in project priorities.
Ability to quickly jump between projects and disciplines with ease and embrace change with
a positive mindset.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience handling budgets.
Ability to travel 10% of the time.
